Health and Safety is at the forefront of what we do every day, and our Health and Safety documentation is well adapted to working in high-risk environments. Our systems and processes are robust and meet the highest level of compliance.

During any transition process with our clients, we work with their H&S team to ensure that the businesses’ policies are aligned, and processes are adapted before we start a new contract. Aotea Group are a Sitewise tier 1 contractor, meaning we are provided with even greater assistance when managing our subcontractors and get a greater level of visibility over our subcontractor network. All Aotea subcontractors are subscribed to Sitewise and have a valid accreditation which allows us to review this at any stage via our dashboard. This dashboard can be shared with our clients at any stage to see how we manage our subcontractor network.

Aotea utilise Assura H&S software that provides clients with a single, regular monthly report. Key Account Managers have regular meetings to discuss improvements, issues and modifications to any process with the H&S team on any project.
